The entire workflow and our quality offensives are based on the ISO 9001 certified quality management, which is practised by every CIBORIUS employee as a natural part of everyday working life. To implement this, all relevant processes were identified, standardised, documented and integrated in all branches so that they could be evaluated. This is not a one-off task, but a continuous, agile process in which existing employees, new employees, partners and suppliers are integrated.
In many tenders, security services are subject to the rules of the DIN 77200, whose correct application in the company is checked and certified annually. Quality means never standing still and going beyond typical industry standards, optimising processes and continuously developing ever more efficient work processes. In line with this maxim, the CIBORIUS Group also had itself certified to the latest standard for the first time in 2022: DIN 77200-2 (with extended conditions for asylum accommodation).
This challenging task regulates all conditions for the protection of refugee and asylum facilities. This was not about the purely practical planning of projects or the management and supervision of such accommodation, but rather about setting up suitable management processes, training employees with a high time commitment (40 hours/year) and successfully establishing the processes at management level, among other things.
An indispensable element of the CIBORIUS Group’s portfolio is the state-of-the-art emergency call and service control centre in Frankfurt am Main (NSL). In addition to the obvious task of keeping an eye on all technical and customer processes, signal inputs, alarm messages and processes and being able to act from a central location, this also enables monitoring of service performance. The successful certifications according to VdS 3138 and VdS 2172 prove and guarantee the importance of this intervention element.
Every company is only as good as its employees. That is why their health and operational readiness are very important to us and we are intensively dedicated to increasing occupational safety. The core of the considerations is a dedicated occupational health and safety management system (AMS), which we have had audited annually for its effectiveness by the VBG since 2020. In addition to the AMS certificate, the CIBORIUS Group also completed an extended certification to ISO 45001 for 2022.
It is impossible to see yourself as a modern company without being environmentally conscious. In addition, an audited management system is required by customers throughout the industry. We regularly evaluate potential influencing factors and take measures to deal with them sustainably. The CIBORIUS Group is particularly proud of the fact that all employees are highly committed to this and do more than “just” meet the standard for environmental management, ISO 14001.
However, quality does not only play an important role in the top ranks of the company. We deliberately start with the next generation and are therefore, not surprisingly, certified in writing as a qualified IHK training company for every one of our branch offices.
