DIN 77200

CIBORIUS is certified to DIN 77200.

DIN 77200 is the definitive German series of standards for the provision of security services (guarding and security duties). It defines detailed, industry-specific quality and performance requirements for security companies and counts as objective, independently audited evidence of quality.

The standard goes considerably further than generic quality management systems such as ISO 9001, because it is written specifically for the requirements and particularities of the guarding industry.

The certification procedure

Certification is carried out exclusively by accredited, independent certification bodies (for example DEKRA, VdS, TÜV).
Certificates are normally valid for three years, with annual surveillance audits.
The specific scope (for example property protection, mobile patrol services, event security, critical infrastructure) is stated explicitly in the certificate.
