An emergency call and service control centre (NSL) is a state-of-the-art facility that is staffed around the clock and serves as a central point of contact for security issues. The NSL not only receives emergency calls, but also monitors all security systems, coordinates alarms and provides comprehensive support in security-relevant situations.

CIBORIUS employees can access several locations and customers simultaneously via remote monitoring.
In the event of an emergency, they take calls and reports, establish contact with security staff on site or with the police and fire department and initiate the necessary intervention measures.
Of course, it is also possible to use video to address unauthorized intruders or suspicious persons and prevent them from committing further crimes, as well as to create and secure important evidence.
