In the fourth quarter of 2025, CIBORIUS Security successfully delivered and expanded several demanding projects in Germany’s most important regions. In Berlin, Stuttgart, Mannheim and Frankfurt in particular, we were able to show how modern processes, qualified personnel and new technology work together in daily practice.
Response teams and modern technology in Q4 2025 – from Berlin to Frankfurt1. Berlin in practice: property protection for large residential estates
In Berlin we expanded property protection for several large residential estates belonging to major housing associations, including cooperation with Gewobag Wohnungsbau on specific projects. The challenge: a high number of sites against a shortage of skilled staff and demanding presence requirements.
Measures:
- AI video analysis to support patrols
- Flexible shifts with a 24/7 control centre
- Documented inspections and vulnerability reports
Result: no relevant incidents since October 2025, and an immediate extension to further properties.

2. DIN 77200 Part 2: new certification, and what it means in practice
Passing certification to DIN 77200 Part 2 in Q4 2025 is more than a certificate to us. It documents that our processes run systematically and verifiably, from personnel selection through deployment planning to documentation.
Concrete benefits for clients:
- Transparent risk analyses before every new assignment
- Regular evidence of training and qualifications
- Reduced liability risk through clearly defined responsibilities
Public-sector and sensitive clients such as authorities and hospitals increasingly require this standard, and we are now officially certified at that level.
3. Robotics and the robot licence: first real deployments in Q4
Another focus was the integration of robotic systems. The first employees completed the internal CIBORIUS robot licence, a training programme covering the safe and efficient handling of autonomous patrol systems.
Frankfurt in practice: at an industrial client (HYUNDAI), robots have been supporting night patrols across the site since November 2025. The result: response times to alarms cut by roughly 35 to 40 per cent, with staff relieved and able to concentrate on sensitive areas. The technology complements people; it does not replace them.
