Audits and recertifications: securing quality, living up to responsibility

10. October 2024

The CIBORIUS Group completed two significant recertifications this quarter, underlining our commitment to environmental management and to occupational safety.

Over the summer, the CIBORIUS Group was recertified to the international standard ISO 14001:2015. This certification confirms the company’s continuing efforts to improve its environmental performance and use resources more efficiently. The measures implemented include cutting emissions, comprehensive waste management and the promotion of renewable energy. By deploying innovative technology such as security robots and an electric fleet, CIBORIUS pursues an environmentally sound and forward-looking strategy. These approaches benefit not only the company but also its clients, who gain from working with an environmentally conscious service provider.

Alongside environmental management, the CIBORIUS Group places great value on the safety and health of its staff. Recertification to ISO 45001:2023 was likewise completed successfully over the summer. This standard represents the highest requirements in occupational safety.

Through modern technology such as intelligent monitoring systems, and preventive measures such as regular hazard assessments and emergency plans, the company actively reduces risk in the workplace. That secures not only safe working conditions but also efficient, safe operations on site, to the benefit of staff and clients alike.

These certifications mark significant milestones on the way to a more sustainable and safer future. The CIBORIUS Group remains committed to meeting the highest standards and to pursuing its environmental and occupational safety goals consistently.

Staff development and satisfaction at the CIBORIUS Group in the second quarter

In the second quarter, the CIBORIUS Group focused more strongly on the development and satisfaction of its staff. To meet the growing demands of the security industry, the company invests continuously in further education and training. These measures improve the qualifications of the workforce while strengthening motivation and commitment.

A central element of the CIBORIUS strategy is to secure long-term retention through attractive working conditions. These include flexible working models that let staff balance work and private life better, together with comprehensive health and welfare programmes that support wellbeing. These measures have already had a positive effect on staff satisfaction and contribute to the long-term stability of the company.

CIBORIUS is also making greater use of digital tools for recruitment. Innovative recruiting and applicant management systems allow the company to recruit qualified specialists faster and more efficiently. That not only simplifies the hiring process but also ensures new colleagues are integrated well into existing teams.

CIBORIUS continues to intensify its work on staff retention and relies on tailored onboarding processes, so that new colleagues feel well looked after from the first day and settle quickly into the company culture. That supports a high level of satisfaction and means the company can continue to build on a strong, loyal workforce.
