The CIBORIUS Group attaches great importance to employee qualification and retention: Good employee retention through economic rewards, bonus and incentive solutions is unavoidable due to the current personnel situation and must be further developed.
In addition to the existing programs, new ones are developed, negotiated with the relevant providers and offered to employees. In addition to the job ticket and voucher cards, the range is being expanded to include fuel cards, credit cards, fitness studio and brand ambassadors.
Together with the training officer, the company develops new, future-oriented training concepts and offers them to employees in a timely manner.
In addition to ISO 9001:2015, TÜV SÜD also certified the newly introduced ISO 14001:2015 – initially at CIBORIUS Security & Service Berlin GmbH – but an extension to the entire group is planned in the near future.
DIN 77200 is no longer offered by TÜV SÜD, which is why the entire CIBORIUS Group is switching to DEKRA. DEKRA will initially carry out certification to DIN 77200 in accordance with the existing standard, followed by certification to the new 77200:201 standard at the end of 2018.
