What is EcoVadis – and why does it matter?
EcoVadis is one of the world’s leading platforms for assessing corporate sustainability (ESG). The assessment is based on transparent criteria: environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. With its global reach, an EcoVadis rating makes sustainability measurable and keeps it visible in international comparison.
Our result in the EcoVadis rating
In the EcoVadis ranking, the CIBORIUS Group is among the top 15 per cent of all companies rated worldwide – and receives a silver award for it. That result shows how effectively our working culture combines environmental awareness, social responsibility, ethical conduct and sustainable procurement.
Four pillars of our commitment to sustainability
- Environmental protection: We run an environmental management system certified to ISO 14001, promote electric mobility, cut paper through digitalisation and recover resources through consistent recycling.
- Social responsibility: Under the ISO 45001 standard we protect our people with robust health and further-training programmes – supported by our own academy with digital courses.
- Ethical conduct: Dependable quality to ISO 9001, strict compliance rules, data protection and whistleblowing – all transparent and binding.
- Sustainable procurement: We favour regional suppliers, assess partners against CSR criteria and place value on fairly traded and environmentally sound products.

Silver is not a destination for us but an incentive. We are already working on further measures:
