Expansion at a long-standing customer: CIBORIUS ensures a safe and pleasant ride on FlixTrain
The trusting cooperation between CIBORIUS and FlixMobility will be intensified with immediate effect: In addition to security services for the FlixBus long-distance bus network, which belongs to FlixMobility, CIBORIUS is now also providing services for FlixTrain. These are security and public-order services (in German: Sicherheits- und Ordnungsdienst, SOD).
Our employees patrol the FlixTrain trains and ensure a safe and pleasant journey by focusing on the following tasks: 1. control and enforcement of the mask requirement, 2. enforcement of the smoking ban, 3. control and enforcement of the ban on drug and alcohol consumption and 4. enforcement of capacity limits on trains in the event of overcrowding. In addition to the trains, CIBORIUS has also been commissioned by FlixTrain to patrol the stations in Stuttgart, Berlin and Hamburg.
CIBORIUS already has many years of experience in train patrols and station patrols for its customer Deutsche Bahn. In addition to this security service, CIBORIUS was also commissioned by Deutsche Bahn to provide patrol services including train sidings. Our experienced and well-trained employees, who also work on behalf of Deutsche Bahn, are now also responsible for train and station patrols for FlixTrain.
