Successful completion of audits for DIN 77200, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001

The CIBORIUS Group has once again successfully passed the annual audits for the DIN 77200, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications. These renowned standards document the commitment to Quality, environmental management and safety and confirm that the CIBORIUS Group consistently operates at the highest level – at every location.

The DIN 77200-certification defines the requirements for the quality of security services and provides proof of a company’s professional expertise. During the audit, all aspects of the CIBORIUS security service, such as personnel management, training and deployment planning, were examined and found to be excellent.
ISO 9001 is a globally recognised standard for quality management systems (QMS). Through successful certification, CIBORIUS ensures that internal company processes and procedures are constantly optimised and adapted to customer requirements as well as legal and regulatory framework conditions. CIBORIUS has shown that the QMS used is effective and customer-orientated and contributes to customer satisfaction.

The ISO 14001 is an internationally recognised standard for environmental management systems (EMS). With this certification, the CIBORIUS Group emphasises its commitment to environmental protection and the continuous improvement of its environmental performance. The EMS supports companies in recognising, monitoring and reducing environmental impacts and promoting environmentally friendly practices and procedures in all areas of business.

Training and education at the highest level

The CIBORIUS Group and its associated companies are focussed on providing their customers with first-class security services. Continuous training and qualification of employees is of great importance for this.

In accordance with DIN 77200 certification, we have drawn up a comprehensive training plan, which is implemented in close cooperation with the renowned DASM Deutsche Akademie für Sicherheits- und Managementausbildungen GmbH .

The training plan for 2023 is based on the requirements of DIN 77200 and goes beyond them. It takes into account the needs of our customers and current challenges in the field of security services and focuses on the following areas:

  • Operational planning and coordination
  • Technical security systems
  • Legal basis and data protection
  • Conflict management and de-escalation
  • First aid and fire protection
  • Specialised training for specific areas of application

The training plan includes regular reviews and updates of the course content to ensure that CIBORIUS employees always have up-to-date knowledge of safety technology, legislation and best practice.

By cooperating with DASM, CIBORIUS can react quickly to changes in the security sector and prepare its own employees for their tasks in the best possible way.
