Sales structure shows success
The restructuring in sales is already showing results. Cooperation with existing customers was expanded at all locations and new customers were acquired.
The cooperation with SPARDA BANK Hessen eG was extended to cover the whole of Hesse in the southern branch (Hanau). The security and service contract with SAALBAU Betriebsgesellschaft was extended. New contracts were signed for the DGB-Gewerkschaftshaus (Frankfurt) in the areas of technology and facility management.
Other newly acquired customers include Städtische Bühnen Frankfurt am Main and the Langenselbold municipal administration (Building and Property Controlling).
For the Thuringia region, the Central branch (Gera) also acquired important customers in the form of the Federal Agency for Real Estate (Erfurt Directorate) and the City of Gera’s culture and event management department.
