One of the highlights of every training year is the CIBORIUS Trainee Day.
In 2024, this day took place at one of our locations in Leipzig and offered our trainees a comprehensive answer to what is probably the most important question:

To help our trainees understand what each company stands for, they had the opportunity to interact with experienced colleagues and learn first-hand about the core aspects of these services and technologies.
CIBOTICS: Practical experience with robotic solutions
Security Robotics, our most important partner in the field of robotics and AI, is an expert in AI-supported Software as a Service (SaaS) and Robots as a Service (RaaS).
They were therefore willing to introduce our trainees to the latest monitoring robots, autonomous systems and the networking and functioning of these robotic systems and IoT.
Our trainees had the opportunity to get to know various models such as ARGUS, SPOT and GO1 as well as drone systems such as BEEHIVE.
They also gained insights into the underlying software and the interaction of robot technology and existing safety technology (IoT) as a networked system.
GT.AI: Technological innovations in the security sector
German Technology & Artificial Intelligence (GT.AI) is an important technological component of the CIBORIUS Group.
Experts in the design, planning and implementation of networked security solutions work closely with our customers.
Our trainees were able to experience the practicality and relevance of GT.AI’s technological solutions through hands-on experience in transporting and setting up the mobile video tower, the Watchdome system.
This experience helped them to understand how important the work of GT.AI technicians is to the integrated services of the CIBORIUS Group.
DASM: Practical knowledge for the security industry
The renowned DASM Academy offers training in various areas, including expertise, management and current topics such as fire safety and first aid.
Our trainees gained practical insights into immediate life-saving measures and the safe use of fire extinguishers.
These practical exercises boosted their self-confidence and taught them the importance of reacting correctly in dangerous situations.
