At CIBORIUS we are delighted to mark another outstanding milestone in the history of our company. Our trainee not only passed the best final examination in the training programme for security specialists (Fachkraft für Schutz und Sicherheit) but was additionally recognised by the Stuttgart Chamber of Industry and Commerce as the best apprentice in Baden-Württemberg.
This occasion fills us with pride and shows what commitment, talent and our proven training concept can achieve together.
An extraordinary recognition
Last Friday, our talented colleague was taken by surprise at the Stuttgart branch offices by his trainers and by our managing director, Thilo Leuthner. Alongside a formal presentation of the certificate for his outstanding result, he received a further, rather unusual mark of recognition: a Unitree Go2 walking robot. With this we wanted not only to honour his success but also to encourage the next step in his professional development.
CIBORIUS sets benchmarks in developing innovative security solutions, and that is precisely why we handed him this advanced piece of equipment. The Unitree Go2 walking robot stands as a symbol for the technical demands the security industry has to meet today. With this platform we wanted to reward his achievement and, at the same time, give him the chance to discover the many ways such a robot can be used in security work.
Whether in surveillance, in technical support or in dealing with unusual challenges – this robot will give him valuable insight into the future of security solutions and encourage him to keep shaping the industry with an appetite for innovation.
Looking back at an impressive development
Our trainee began his career at CIBORIUS on a solid footing: the competence examination under § 34a of the German Trade Regulation Act.
It quickly became clear that he convinced people not only through his professional knowledge but also through his strong teamwork and willingness to get involved. On projects with high demands on flexibility and precision in particular, he was consistently assured and focused on solutions.
His commitment made him extremely popular with our clients. Time and again we received positive feedback highlighting his professional attitude and his ability to stay calm even in difficult situations.
The trust he has built with clients and within the team alike is further evidence of his outstanding abilities.
