We have introduced an environmental management system in our companies in order to improve our environmental performance and achieve defined environmental targets. The ISO 14001 standard defines the requirements for this.

Frankfurt am Main branch: VdS certification for the emergency call and service control center (NSL)

CIBORIUS has had its emergency call and service control center (NSL) in Frankfurt am Main certified in accordance with the VdS guidelines for security services.

This means that CIBORIUS assumes responsibility for all security services required to secure protected objects. In order to protect properties optimally and safely, hazard messages are transmitted immediately and reliably to the connected units (technical service, alarm service and intervention service).

The so-called security chain and its sub-processes are permanently monitored and their functionality is ensured. An individual security chain is planned for each property according to the existing protection requirements. Each individual sub-process is measurable and traceable (reporting). This ensures that everything runs smoothly and according to plan from the time the alarm is triggered and the transfer to the security chain to the final reporting.

The VdS certificate attests to the optimum security of the protected objects. This means that the emergency call and service control center (NSL) remains an important component of the security services offered.
